Barely breaking ground. There has been some programming done, however the game is largely in the concept phase. It is being built as a text based fantasy adventure in the Rags engine. I have some programming experience, but am new to Rags. A lot of trial and error is currently going on to figure things out. Also, this project is being done for fun while I attend college, so do NOT expect quick progress. Mainly, work will be done on this during the weekends or when I am not otherwise engaged. Still, ideas and artwork donations are welcome. Feel free to leave a comment on my front page stating you wish to contribute, and I will contact you.
On that note, here are ideas being considered for the game:
- Body transformation - Changing physical features, to include gender. If you are a man you can become a woman, or vice versa. Hermaphrodites are also an option, but I probably won't write much in that area since it is not a particular fetish of mine.
- Furries/demi humans/spiritual beings - I will most likely put something like a race of cat people and dog people in the game, and there will be angels and demons. However, I won't get too crazy with it. And to clarify, by furries I mean people with animalistic traits. Like a woman with cat ears and a tail. I also plan on including fairies.
- Rape - Always controversial, but it is an aspect of human sexual interaction and I feel it should belong in a game where the protagonist has a morality factor (which is part of the game's concept). Just as in real life, there may be consequences for engaging in such acts...however, just as in real life, it is also possible to get away without consequence (besides morality reduction).
- Magic/Swords - Not a sexual aspect of the game, but it is a fantasy adventure. So you will be able to learn magic, and fight with a sword to level up your character. Probably some other weapons too. We'll see how the development goes. Hopefully I'll be able to implement a skill tree allowing different weapon progressions.
- Incest - Sort of. The protagonist is being set up to have a Step mom, so they are not related by blood. Still, it will be possible to rape her in the game. Like I said before, rape is an aspect of human sexual interaction and if you want a morally corrupt hero, you will likely be raping a lot of people. I plan to have morality become a factor on quests that change your hero into an angel or demon. This will not be necessary for plot development, simply a quest the player can accept if they wish.
- Pedophilia - No fucking little kids. Technically speaking I see how in order to make this game as realistic as possible, I should allow this. However I am too morally opposed to concede this point. On a side note, I would consider sex with older teens who are not quite 18 for the game, but I am not sure on any legal restrictions that might cover this, so I will simply avoid it altogether....although, I don't plan on mentioning most of the characters' ages, so the player can imagine any "young character in their teens" to be whatever age he/she wishes. Still, the official position of this game is that any character whose age is not otherwise specified is 18 or older :P
- Scat play - If that's your thing, sorry. There will be no pooping on people or peeing in anyone's mouth or anus in this game.
- Body Mutilation - No psychotic sex acts.
- Necrophilia- No sex with the dead. Perhaps with the living dead if I introduce zombies, but no stiffs.
Thats all I can think of for now. If this game takes off, then any support offered will be greatly appreciated.
